No, I found the keys with no probs, you should contact customer support, that shouldn't be happenning.

Eieio, mine did that too. I just listened to the guy and when he was done talking, it went back to the scene where you were to search for key #2 on the floor.

Yeah it happens to me too and I thought what's going on here he, he..but then I went back to the game... Was a bit weird, scary and funny...

Thanks everyone, couldn't figure that out to save my soul. It didn't happen the second time though. I just figured I pushed the wrong button, stepped on the wrong tile or there was a scary glitch out there.

Has anyone ever downloaded a game and gotten the message "texture size too large"? That is what I get when I try to run the E G Poe game. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. I wrote BFG and there is a 48 hour wait and I am not patient. Thank you

Hi Donna..
I can imagine that you cann't wait for an answer from BFG..but I never had such a message ever.. Maybe it's a compu prob. that you haven't enough room anymore on your harddisk?? If so, it might be an idea to get rid of some stuff you don't need anymore.. if not, try to un-install and re-install the game..

I already did the un-install and re-install and got nothing. As far as I can tell there is plenty of HD. Other games do just fine. Thank you for trying.

I was at the floor tile puzzle trying to get the keys when all of a sudden the screen switched to a dialogue where one man was sitting at the desk and another man standing and they were talking about keeping an eye out at the party!!!!!!! What was that? I restarted the game and it didn't happen the next time I was at the floor looking for keys. Has this happened to anyone else or have I really lost it?
