Hi musiclover,
I have been away for a week without puter access but I pulled this qoute off the Magic Farm Forum:
"it is my understanding that it mostly corrects some internal accounting things, having to do with how quickly plants mature once your farming & watering skills improve, and so on. In previous versions, when you became more skilled and watered less, plants actually may have taken longer to mature.
What you should see is better times to get off some of the farms, if you are trying to break your time records."

Hey, SuzyQ, you are no duffus. I download my games from Shockwave Unlimited. It is subscription service. I guess I was wondering if I could download the upgrade to my game from Shockwave.

Hi Sandy,
I'm so sorry, for some reason some of my posts have been showing up that way, it is really disconcerting!
I have found that Oleg has been sending out updated copies of the game to all the portals, but it probably wouldn't hurt to check with the Support team at Shockwave and see if they can tell you if it is ver. 1.026 or not. I would hate it if you downloaded the new version and lost your progress.
It is also my understanding that this will be the last update and the next release will be the Deluxe version, which for those of you who purchased the game from the Magic Farm Website will be free as your Registration Key will work for this also
Again, sorry for the confusing post!

For all of you that downloaded the game from Shockwave, I just received an e mail from them and they said they did not know when they would be receiving the upgrade. So, I guess I will continue with the older version.

as of 6/1/09 - BigFish still has the 1.023 version of Magic Farm.

If you bought the game from Robin Games, you should have no trouble downloading and installing it from there. I do not know what version BFG has, so I would check with their customer support before downloading.
