  When I tried to put the cover over the pipe, nothing happened. I bought the game at Target for $10.00. There were no instructions, so I copied your tips and tricks which worked ok until this problem. How do I solve it, I hate to start over, do I need to download from you?   Hi Usafret.  Here are your options: You can restart game with a new name, uninstall and reinstall or contact customer support for the game.

  Usafretrea, look on the package it came in and see if there is a web site for the maker of the game.  If there is you can try sending them an email and see if they have any help for you.  Somewhere on the box it came in should have who released the game.
