Alawar's code to unlock the game should be in your e-mail. All you have to do is copy and paste the license key(which is usually a pretty long code) and place it where it belongs when you open the game. Most of the time with Alawar, once you copy the key onto your cursor and the e-mail is open, it will copy it automatically (that's been my experience anyway) If you didn't receive the e-mail after you purchased it look in your "spam" folder to see if it went there by mistake.

It doesn't have a key code just says open attached "key.rtf" file, highlight the extract of text between (!) the lines "------begin key-----end key-----" then copy the text of the registration key to clipboard - click the right button of your mouse on the marked text and selelct "Copy" then start the game, then select the option 'Register" in game's menu and pasted copied text of registration key into registration field that has appeared - click the right button of your mouse in this field and select 'Paste". Press 'Register" button. Your game should now be registered. Simply restart and you ow have the Full Version of the game. Easy right, have no idea what they are talking and if they don't come up with something easier than this they an refund my money and delete the game. I have never had such a hassle getting a game licensed and registered before....

Actually Micky, I think I can help you on here.
Look at your e-mail, at the bottom of it, there should be a bunch of letters and numbers in a row, it looks like a small paragraph. I believe the top says "begin license" and at the bottom it says "end license" that is your unlock code/key
Click at the beginning, where it says "begin license" drag your mouse all the way down to where it says "end license" it should all be highlighted in blue at this moment.
On your keyboard click and hold the "CTRL" key (which should be under your "shift" key in the lower left side. While you're holding the "CTRL" key click on the letter "C" and let go.
Click on the icon of the game, just like you would open any game. You will see the part that says "register the game" "enter registration key" or something to that effect, click on that option.
Where it prompts you to enter the click, just left click your mouse, until you see the cursor appear (the line that shows up when you're typing)
Click and HOLD the "CTRL" key, simultaneously click on the "V" key and let go. The registration key should be copied. I'm not sure if you have to press "enter" at that time. If you can get through Saqqarah, you can breeze through this process :-)
I'm doing these instructions from memory, so I hope that this helps.

The RTF file is an attachment to the e mail. Download the attachment and there you are. I know it is a silly way to unlock a game...but there you are

kscheryl is right, I found that out in the breakfast forum from Irishlass, and found the attachment when I went back and looked at the e-mail. If would help if they were a little clearer, I thought I had to look for some file that came with the game and had no idea where to look.. You might warn other people Margie, in case like me they don't see the attachment in their e-mail and go nuts trying to figure where to find the stupid key.rtf file. Thanks everyone for your help, well off to bed, guess I'll just have to play the game later today instead of last night like I thought I was going to be doing...

i HAVE HAD ALL OF ALAWAR I CAN STAND! I PLAYED THE DEMO IT WORKED FINE, THEN I PURCHASED THE GAME FOUND THE ATTACHED FILE STARTED DOWNLOAD AND IT RAN FOR HOURS, I NEED TECH HELP I EVEN CALLED THEIR AND CANADA OFFICES FOR HELP, NO RESPONSE! I EMAILED EVERYONE AND NO REPLY I NEED HELP

I know you're new here but please do not write in all caps. A lot of people are experiencing problems with the game. At this time there's nothing we can do about it. Alawar is the only one that can fix this issue. We promise to keep people informed when the situation changes. What part are you stuck on?

after i open the attached file to get my reg. code, it won't stop downloading! it just keeps on going how long is this download suppose to take????
