    Please help,  I have installed and uninstalled this game and the problem still exists.  Problem:  playing the final round for second time, first worked., the snowflake gyph accepts snowflakes, closes and then freezes and will not proceed to puzzle. You can continue and do all the other gyphs and they will work correctly. However you cannot complete the game, since snowflake gyph will not work.   anyone else have this problem.   It worked great the first time, game was completed successful.  Tried to erase first play after reinstalled game froze as well and still did the same  Any help will be appreciated.  la Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply

    I too had to do the same thing and now I am up to the last glyph and no matter what I do, nothing changes. I have copied it exactly as it apperars in the walk through but it still doesn't activate. Yell

     Good luck and I hope you have beter luck than I am. Undecided

    Sorry to hear that you've the same problem.. but as Granny said in the post above yours you should contact customer support where you've purchased your game..

    Sorry to hear you are all having so many probs with the last glyph. 

    Are you sure you have copied the W/T shot exactly?  It is very easy to miss one of the "dots" since there are many layers on some of them. 

    I missed one on my first go 'round so nothing happened until I double checked the W/T.  You can click on the shot to blow it up and have a closer look.
