Hi Pixpuf... just look on top of the screen a bit in the middle( in the tree) and the other one is in the right side of the screen also a bit in the middle ...You might search there.

Stuck at the Fire Element. I have all the symbols in the correct place because they did stick.......puzzle doesn't seem to move from there. Any suggestions as to what I might do, or is this possibly a glitch? I have signed in and out of the game several times thinking that might help, but it didn't.

Hi Murphy...
Did you click on the Fire Element after solving the puzzle?? If you have all the symbols in the correct place and they stick they have to glow a bit if they're in the right place..
Otherwise you might un-install and re-install the game..or contact Customer Support where you've purchased the game.. I didn't have any trouble with the puzzles...

I click on the white globe to the lower left and it just resets everything......I'll try the fire element again. Everything glows, but it just doesn't move off the screen.

Hi Murphy...
That's really weird the fire element doesn't move..
It might be an idea to start over again since you're at the beginning and use another Playername..

No, I didn't have all the correct symbols in the correct places!!!!!! AGGGH. I didn't realize at the time that you could put more than one symbol in one place. Live and learn I guess......at least in the gaming world.

Oh Murphy I'm so sorry... I thought you had the symbols in the correct places already.. Otherwise I should have given you the solution for placing them..
