Can't wait to try this game. It sounds like it's really going to be different.

ok not sure for me about game just did first peek at Iwin it's out tomorrow, it has a timer, items are small and blend in and has a lot of items 2 search thru. Graphics are clear and no bugs I'm using vista with IE8 in case anyone is wondering if vista compatiable.

I did the first peek and I liked the game, but have only played a couple of levels. I decided to buy it, and of course they (iwin) is charging 2000 icoins for the game. So hope that i like the game after playing it a little longer!

I also just played the 30 minute first peek, I'll probably buy it but not until it's available at BFG. My only complaint is that I think half my trial time was used up in waiting for screens to load, long black space reminded me of Margrave Manor. Was really surprised about that as I have really enjoyed all the Jewel Quest games in the past.

Think I'll wait for this to be out on Shockwave...ok game, much the same as the first one, but not worth paying double for imo.

I agree with avonlady01. 5 minutes of black screens. I don't think this should be considered a premium game at all given the loading issues.

Can't find the stained glass window. Pls. advise & thanks. It would have been nice if iWin members had been advised by the company (perhaps in an email) about this new membership policy rather than reading about it FIRST on Gamezebo.

I love all the Jewel Quest games but on the trial for me, the graphics are very fuzzy and I hesitate to purchase the full version in the event that it might be the same.

vujahday, look for the stained glass in the right hand side of the screen, to the right of the jukebox.
As for the long load times. The game apparently requires at least a 1 GB of RAM to run decently, due to the large art files in the game. Anything less than 1 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM, and the game will run slowly.

It not only has loading issues (takes forever to load) it freezes up on me all of the time even though I was able to lay the whole game it was very annoying and inbetween each level it takes forever to load.....

You may not find IWin on BFG, but give them a couple of weeks, and they will probably drop the price down to $6.99. They do say that the price will drop after a bit. I'll wait.

mickey is correct. There is a major flaw/bug in the game. Iwin has acknowledged and they are working on it. My computer is totally updated with 4 G. Use DSL/Windows XP.
After playing thru the first level..The Taj Mahal and Monkey House/I got to the jewel board and the game freezes. The following error message is:
I played throught the demo 3 times, and this same issue occured each time. Just an FYI...to anyone who is having problems. I will wait a while before purchasing. Want all of the bugs out.

Unimpressive and definitely not a "Premium" game. If this is "premium" I hate to see what they think mediocre is. Fuzzy graphics, lots of lag time, skippy sound track, freezing screens. 1/2 hour demo that probably gave me about 10 minutes of actual game time. I loved the first one and am very disappointed to see what a step down they took (and I think they consider it a step up). Unless they improve it immensely, this will be a "no go" for me.

I have this one download for the trial play, and I can't wait to give it a try! The reviewer's enthusiatic description has me chomping at the bit. I don't mind running into an easy one now and then, and Jewel Quest 2, sounds as though it'll be more fun than some of the eye-strainer's I've encountered recently. Don't just hate staring, and staring, and searching for hours on end just to finish one screen? I know I do. I want a good challenge not a migrain!
This one though sounds like fun all the way through, including the mini games. Well worth the time spent to play it. Thanks for the informative posts.

The problem may lie with the ssite from where you downloaded it. I'm always careful to get my games from reliable sites like Big Fish, IWin, Wild Tangent, Yahoo, or IWon. so far, I haven't gotten any bad ones. Also, I use Mozilla Firefox, with the WOT add on. WOT rates sites before you visit them, and just won't let you into a site with a bad reputation. I did try using FreeRide's game player, and really screwed the video card on my Dell PC. I had the same game player on this computer, too, but the second it started to act goofy, I uninstalled. WOT would have warned me, had I been using it then. Sigh.

Great Sequel. When will another site have it besides iWin? I have problems with their Game Mgr. not being compatible.
Anyone know? Better than the the original!
