     Firstly, I have bought this game twice, once with Harmonic Flows, 2nd with Game House.  I have had nothing but trouble since I started playing this game.  The first time after finishing the horrible monkey and pearl levels the game had some problem that froze everything, and when I contacted technical help I was told to uninstall which I did and then reinstall, I found I had lost everything, had to start from the beginning again.  Still had problems so bought it from Game House which meant I had to start all over again.  Now up to the pearl level again, can't get the level finished, and I had already done this.  Not enough time for me to finish the game.  Why don't they make a game that has an optional relax mode.  I will never buy a Jewel Quest again if there is no option for a relax mode.  No one has offered a refund of any kind.

    Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your game and bought it twice... Did you already contact the Customer Support?? 

    I'm also curious if you've tried the demo before purchasing.. You were able then to see that the game didn't have an option for relax mode..

    Thanks for the reply.  Yes I did contact help but all they said was to uninstall and reinstall.  I have just opened it up to go on where I left off yesterday only to find all of the progress I made has  been lost again.  It is not saving the game when I leave it.  I always make sure I have finished a game before exiting.  Also when I do exit something happens to me desk top and enlarges everything to twice the size.  There is some mystery to this game.  Many thanks Heather
