Very confusing and realized that this is not the type of HOG I prefer. I would not recommend to the age group I am in unless you are into this type of game.

I really enjoyed this game and the story line. I liked the gritty city scenes, tasks, music, and characters. The two downsides for me: a bit too short and I had items in my inventory that I never used. Not sure why I needed those items if I didn't need to use them. Otherwise, it was creative and different (in a fun way) than a lot of games.

Ok... Well. Hmm. My background has always been in Art and Design in one form or another. The way things look can cause me to react anywhere from great joy to deep discomfort. As I have watched games evolve over these last... what... 25 years it seems to me at some point developers became obsessed with making things look real and forgot about artistry and design. They've gotten very good at realistic, games like Iron Roses shows that, but that doesn't mean games with super clean edges and 3D modeling are better than something with less polygon count and a little style. This game is, IMO, ugly. There is nothing visually pleasing or stimulating or interesting about the graphics. No, I am not impressed by the walking, squatting, picking stuff up, hand waving/speaking animations and it does not please me to see them over and over. Just because you can doesn't mean you should, to paraphrase Dr. Ian Malcolm. (10 points if ya get the reference ;)) SO had this game had the best game play in the world with the most intriguing story it would be an uphill climb for me, and ya know I ain't climbing. ;) ...and no, it does not have the best game play in the world with the most intriguing story. Uninteresting, completely linear point and click mechanic. LONG conversations that seem to be required as I needed to talk to the bouncer completely (I will admit I found that convo amusing) before the alley opened up. The 2 mini-games I encountered were a extremely simple ripped up paper jigsaw and a "Guitar Hero" click on the notes kinda thing, but it didn't relate at all to the music being played. Not impressed. I reeeeeally tried to at least play out the demo. Couldn't do it. I'd rather go back to my audio book and mindless Match 3. But not to put all negatives out there, the one thing this game *did* have was a new and unique story concept. Shame it was used for a lack luster game with unattractive graphics.

I think this is a nice game and would have bought it but I dont like walking back and forth in a game, it gets 2 boring doing that other than that it is nice.
