So the walk thru says to buy the Real Estate Office before this level . . . BUT . . . it's still locked? I'm actually on Level 17 now and was going back to get Experts because I didn't have enough points to buy the Memorial and no matter what I've done, I can't get Expert on 13 because the stupid hotels don't go up for sale. What am i doing wrong? Why is the Real Estate Office still locked??
