Welcome to Gamezebo! Try contacting Big Fish again on their site. They are really good about helping folks that have any problems with their games. Just click on the "Help Icon" on their site and they will do everything they can do to make it right. Judy and I have had good sucess by doing that in the past when we have had a problem with one of their games. This is a game that they developed themselves, so they will want to make sure it is right.

I love the other games in this series; I was very pleased with what I saw on the demo. However, halfway through the trial version I got a black screen, so I closed the game and re-opened it but same thing, just black screen and no game. Anyone else have this problem?

Sunny, since the game is a large file, the demo only goes to a certain spot and then it ends. If you were about ready to go to an island, that is the end of the demo.

Thankx for all the input you guys! As for the stained glass window puzzle...after i found all the shapes that needed to go in there to complete it,,,I had to skip it the first time around,,,,just so i would know what it looked like to be able to finish it...

about half way thru the game i got a freeze and finally just closed down and when i opened back up all was fine.....try that

No, I had 23 minutes of gameplay remaining.

Sunny, like Scooter said, the demo ends directly after you´ve reached the island, even if there´s time left. There shouldn´t be a black screen, though. I remember seeing cutscenes and a request to buy the game. Perhaps you better contact BFG´s customer service before buying the game.
