Marvelous MargieB! has an excellent walkthrough for this game, including screenshots. Click on the green Tips & Tricks tab just above the whitespace on this page.
If you're not seeing the right screenshot, you may just be out of virtual memory. Try closing the game and restarting your computer (not just reopening the game right away). That will clear your virtual memory and let you start fresh.
If that still doesn't fix it, you should probably get in touch with tech support wherever you bought the game.

I know Tips and Tricks, it was my first hope, when I saw this white screen. I have tried to close it and restart it again, really don't know what to do :-(

here is what I can just see - white screen with list of hidden objects, nothing in inventory, I can use hint, but it doesn't work. I can see stars around something, but that's all. http://i38.tinypic.com/f2tf6.jpg

How frustrating! I'm so sorry you're having that problem. Did you try closing it and restarting your whole computer, not just the game?
If that didn't help, it looks like you need to get in touch with wherever you bought the game.

Yes I tried it, I think it's not a problem with game, cause everything works, just there is everything hidden behind white colour. Might I haven't found something, don't know, but I cannot contact any seller. I have just hope for help from your side. Hopefully there will be somebody with the same experience.

It really sounds like a damaged file. Maybe you're just missing the picture images for that section. Good luck--I hope someone has an answer for you.

Yes I tried it, I think it's not a problem with game, cause everything works, just there is everything hidden behind white colour. Hi Dan-na, i am now playing amazon & the white screen w/ a list just pop-up. I dont know what to do!!! Did u find a solution? I've reinstalled & white screen remains. What can we do? Tks
