I've been checking the walkthrough, and this problem isn't addressed. I had gathered all the gears and tried to place them, closed out the program, and when I returned, 2 of the gears were missing. That's my problem.

Hi Beatrice you may have a glitch. You can try starting again using a different name, uninstall & reinstall, or contact customer support.
