Hey suzy, on another board I read that Helen Gardener does not work when you type in a name with four letters - mybe this might help you - although I have to add that it is one of the weakest games I've played over the past months, perhaps besides Yard Sale Junkie. Send a Kudo Post a Reply

Sorry had such a bad experience Suzy but like OK said the game is weak and you really didn't miss anything by not trying it.I like farm/garden games but this one just didn't cut it. Send a Kudo Post a Reply

I tried to load it 3 times ... 3 strikes and IWin is OUT! I cannot believe that they didn't test it better in order to find out that names with 4 letters don't work ... Send a Kudo Post a Reply

HI Sue, I downloaded and played Helen Gardener with no problems from iWin. I don't have a membership with them because I have read reviews like yours before. I, myself have had no problems with iWin, every game has downloaded and played fine. Helen Gardener is a cute and fun game so watch for it on other sites like Playfirst, Real Arcade, Big Fish etc. Good Luck and have fun! Send a Kudo Post a Reply

I had downloaded this game from iWin the other day and I wasn't able to play it. I would get as far as the screen after you enter your name and begin play, but when I clicked on the PLAY button nothing happened. As usual, a typical offering from iWin, I have been very disappointed by them since they started with their new download manager, I really don't like the popup messages that showup periodically and it seems like most of the games that they have still have bugs in them. I had purchased Vogue Tales from them and the file that holds player profiles was missing so I was unable to save anything, each time I opened the game I had to atart all over again. But the worst part was that after numerous emails to let them know about the problem (after more than a week), I received no answer, I became frustrated and cancelled my membership with them.
