    I have spent over two hours trying to get the keypad  to open room 13, I've tried clicking, not clicking, holding it to the side, nothing works!!

    Hi Neve,

     

    You have to take it from inventory place it on the door.Once that's done, you will get the instructions which are pretty simple. You have to enter a total of 5 numbers.

    Red- means the number is not in the code.

    Yellow means the number is in the code but not in the right place.

    Green means it is in the right place.

    Once you have entered the correct numbers, you will be able to proceed.

    Both my husband and I have tried to put the number pad on the door to open it.  We have tried everything and it just won't expand so that we can put the numbers in.  We have tried to put it over the slot where it is sparkling and have tried all over the door and nothing happens.  I can only think that something is wrong with the game.  Any other suggestions?

    Hey! I am having the same trouble!!! I click the card over the sparkling bit and then try the number but the card wont stay on the door! Did you solve the problem? Any help would be appreciatedCry
