BSF0819, I received my email with a link to download the game. Did you send the log file back to them in your survey? I think your best bet would be to email Playrix customer service and they should be able to help you.

I emailed Playrix, but they didn't get back to me, so I don't understand what the problem is. I checked the inbox, the junk folder, Spam, everything and no email. At this point I just lost an opportunity getting a good deal. Maybe it was just a random selected group of people to get the coupon or something, but I doubt that. I believe that I did send the log file to them, but something could have gone wrong, and it's apparently a "no log file, no free game" rule.

amm24, I'm sorry you didn't receive it. Let me explain why it happened:
A free copy of the game was sent only to those beta testers who filled the form completely and left the most detailed and helpful feedback. I.e. fill out our questionnaire completely; desist from leaving free fields and answering just ”Yes” or “No” Hope you'll receive a free copy of Golden Trails

BSF0819, I have emailed Playrix support for another reason on Oct 2nd and got their answer today, the 6th. I hope you get an answer soon, too.
I got both Gardenscapes and Romance of Rome for beta testing. I remember having commented in detail and sent the files. Thanks Playrix and Awem!

I did get the email today and everything is fine now. I guess I was a little impatient waiting for their response, but at least they responded.

I was so sure I did everything I was supposed to do after I did the beta for Romance of Rome, may be I did make a mistake, it was unintentional, my first time to send back a zip file and such, I do take being a beta tester seriously, and I will make double sure all is done right the next time.
