Hey Don,
I guarantee that Gogii will see this, they tend to check this site before PlayFirst! But I totally agree, Sometimes it takes posts like this to get a response, I would rather they just be upfront and let everyone know that they are having problems, than not saying anything without being brought to task over it!
It kind of reminds me of someone that borrows money and then tells me they will pay me on a certain date, then that day rolls around and no money, no explanation! I would rather they tell me that they don't know when they will be able to pay me back, then there are no expectations and when they do it's great!

Well we hate to let people down and have been very busy trying to make the very best product for everyone. The trick with Time management games is that you can add one thing but it thrtows off teh balance of everything else and then someone comes up with a great idea and we don't want to release teh game without it hense delaying it. We have submitted the product to your distributers for testing and GameZebo received a copy and will be posting a preview soon and we are launching the game by the end of the week. Who launchs it is out of our control but it is in testing and on final approch.

I don't think it's anything like someone who owes me money. They don't owe me anything when they say they're launching a new title. And the longer they take to get it out, the longer they take to start earning money from it, so I'm sure their motivation to get it out is even higher than mine! Now if I've already bought a game and there's a bug and they've promise a fix by a certain date, that's different, because they already have my money. But a new game coming out...that's more like your neighbour being pregnant and telling you the baby is due July 1st. If it's July 8th and no baby yet, I don't get mad at her. More likely I feel sorry for her! Some dates are never more than "best guess based on past experience."I'd rather have a top notch game with the bugs worked out that appears a month or so after the original planned date than a game with lots of bugs that appears on schedule. For me, the contract between me and the game developer starts the day I purchase the game, not before.

Hi robin,
It was just a comparison, I wasn't implying that Gogii Games "owed me anything". What I was trying to say is that when a company makes a promise they should at least let those of us that usually don't have a bad experience with them have a small idea of what is going on. It's just good Customer Service. Leaving people in the dark so to speak, allows conjecture and not so great thoughts about a company in general, as exemplified by this Forum. I personally have never, until this point had a problem with Gogii Games, They have always been on point and I guess that the changes, and new developments in the game have kept them all occupied hence the lack of communication. I am just glad that they came here and saw that the customers that have eagerly awaited the launch of this particular game were disappointed.
As to the launch and where it will come out, I am guessing that it could come out on BFG or iWin, depends on which one has the room to fit it in it's launch lineup. I'm guessing that it will be iWin as they seem to be able to handle Gogii games more quickly that BFG.

Um, It's a casual game, not a life saving vaccine they promised at a certain date. Better to wait and release a better product, then to send it out with bugs or not as polished as it could have been. Maybe another update about the release would have cooled your heels. Sheesh, tough crowd.
