One of the coolest demos we've seen at Casual Connect so far is Build-a-lot, a new strategy game from Hipsoft (makers of Flipwords 1 and 2 and Gem Shop) where you get to build and sell houses to make money and enhance properties with upgrades such as hardwood floors, remodelled kitchens and indoor swimming pools.
