Good luck getting resolution.
I've got the same issue and I contacted BigFish w/in 24 hours of purchasing and all they want to do is blame my system. My system & specs are up to date. I've sent in the DirectX and Diagnostics system and it MORE than meets their requirements-- they have no solution. No options other than a "credit" towards another game. I don't want another game- I want this one fixed or I want my money back.
No help from Bigfish. :(
I hope you bought elsewhere, pattiyork -- maybe you'll get better cutsomer service?

I was finally able to figure out what was causing my game to crash, but it could be just me. I made the mistake (several times) of attempting to collect more than one type of veggie after picking up a crate. When I hit that 2nd veggie type on a crate that was started with carrots, for example, the game would instantly crash. As long I remember that only one type of veggie can go in any given crate, I haven't had any crashes since then.

I have d/l.ed this game from every site available, and it always crashes alot...lol. Everything on my pc is brand new and up to speed. It's not just you people its just the game I am convinced and they are just too lazy to fix it since, hey we buy it crashes and all. so basically I save about every 6 minutes. its a real pain but at least i dont lose much when it does crash. gl all P.S. I hate the fruit pickers and never use them except on the $10,000 level. have fun all. Kay
