You have to uninstall and reinstall the game, but your saved data won't be lost.
Actualy you just have to reinstall it and it over writes the old version.

Updated Build on BFG

The updated build of Faerie Solitaire is now available on Big Fish. This includes two new difficulty modes and less rare eggs. You have to uninstall and reinstall the game, but your saved data won't be lost.
I was so glad because I needed just the last four rarest eggs and was on my fifth time through adventure mode. Right after installing the updated version, I got one of the rarest eggs!
