superk have you tried looking at the walkthrough for help? You can access it by clicking on the tips and tricks tab right above this white page. I don't play these type games.

Okay, here's the deal. I think I'd like this game but I can't make it do anything. I did manage to find 50 pieces of wood and now a castaway is pounding in the air at the place where I placed the hut (all green background, I knew that much). After I got the wood, I got a message they were hungry and to take someone to the banana tree. I can't find the banana tree, and there's no task listed.
I think I'm supposed to talk to an islander? I click on one of the priestie-people but nothing happens, and if I put an castaway beside him, nothing happens.
I tried to find some tips on this type of game in general, but no luck. I REALLY like "Wandering Willows" but things happen there that don't seem to happen here.
Any advice, or should I just give up hope?
If you click on a villager you will be able to see their happiness meter at the bottom of the page. They need to eat, drink, socialize and sleep levels to be high in order for them to be productive.
Click on a villager and drag them to the banana tree that is at the bottom of the page, let go of your mouse when you see a banana icon appear on the tree. The villager will start placing bananas in the storage hut. They will go back and get more bananas until you pull them off the job or they get low on on their happiness level.
To find the banana tree, place your cusor on the edges of the scene and the scene will move around. I think you will see an arrow appear but I am not sure.
Pay attention to where the bananas are being dropped off, drag your villagers there to eat. Release the mouse when you see a fork and knife icon appear.
Make sure the villagers drink water. Drag them to the water hole and let go of the mouse when you see the waterdrop icon. The villagers will stop drinking as soon as their thirst is quenched.
if you see the villagers pounding at the air it is most likely because they are trying to finish building the hut.
Keep chopping wood so you can have enough to finish building the huts.
I hope these tips can get you started.
