can't find the ruby for the owl's eye. Please help this little old lady.
Check out the free walkthru posted here at Gamezebo. It will tell you exactly where everything is. Just click on the green Tips & Tricks tab just above the whitespace on this page.
In this particular case, you'll find the red gem eye for the owl downstairs in the Potions Shop on your second visit there. It's inside the hollow panel in the wall. The wall will open when you put the teacup emblem in place. And you get the teacup emblem by doing the Jay the Legendary Fisherman portrait puzzle in the Aquatic Museum.
Throughout this game you're going to have to visit a lot of locations twice or even three times and you'll find different things to do there each time because you'll be carrying new inventory items from other locations.
