GENERAL TIPS
At the beginning of the game you will be asked to choose between two houses. Once you pick one over the other you will have to play it all the way through. Once you finish, you can go back and play the second house, which has 14 new locations that you can play. Play and win both houses to unlock a mystery level.
You can also choose a story line and decide what happens next. Each choice will lead to a different path, you can only make one choice. At the end of each story you will see a special bonus item that once found in the next level will give you a time boost. The time boost will add one minute to your time.
You start every level with 3 hints, the only way to get extra hints is by finding the golden nest eggs. There are Magical Nest Eggs hidden in every location, every time you find 5 eggs you will get an extra hint. You will know that you've collected 5 eggs when you see the hint counter increase. Most of the times the eggs will be gold but once in a while they'll be yellow. Scroll down for the complete list of nest eggs.
The hints you've earned do not roll-over to the next level. However, your nest eggs will. Let's suppose you need 2 more nest eggs to get the next hint, those 2 eggs will count towards your next level. In other words you would have started the next round with 2 eggs towards the hints.
When you press the hint tab a little bird will fly and point to the direction of the item you're looking for and will also tell you the name of the item. Use your hints at the end of every round because you cannot use them to play the mini games and they will not rollover to the next round.
When you click on the album tab, you can see how many nest eggs you've collected thus far at the top of the page. It also tells you how many items are left to be found, as well as how much time you have left. That is also the screen in which you can choose which room you want to visit next.
Superclues are clues that are listed in blue, and take 2 clicks to solve. The first click reveals the item, the second click clears it. For example, if the clue says "carrot juice," click on the carrot that is in the juicer and the machine will make carrot juice. Then press on the glass filled with juice and your clue will be crossed off the list.
If you can't figure out a Superclue, use your hint button to find it. It is best to find all the other items on the list first and then use your hint so it can be used only for the Superclue. The bird will fly directly to the item and make it easy for you to find.
There will be several Homeowners Crises that will pop-up from time to time. In order to solve the crisis, you must finish all the items on the list with less time on the clock.
You can click several items at a time, you don't have to wait until an item is crossed off the list before you can click on the next one.
Time Booster items are bonus items that you will see at the end of choosing a story. The item will be revealed to you at the end of the round, once you know what it is, you have to find it in the next level. The item will not be on your list so it's up to you to find it.
MINI GAMES
Perfect Match
Match 2 cards to clear them from the board.
Match all cards before time runs out to win.
Be on the lookout for the following cards:
Wild Card - Matches with any card.
Mixer Card - Match 2 and all remaining cards get mixed up. (Two arrows intertwined)
Time Zapper - Match 2 and lose 30 seconds off your clock. When you find the time zapper card try to make it the last card you match since you only have a limited amount of time. Keeping it for last will help you beat the game since you will not lose valuable time.
FixRUpper
Use the Fix-R-Upper machine to create an heirloom - spin the reels and watch your combination take shape.
There are 3 spins per turn. When you see a component you like, click the padlock to lock the reel in place.
Click "Keep Item" to finish the game, or keep playing until you've created your masterpiece.
Finish all 12 games and you'll see your heirloom in the Attic.
Puzzle Garden
Every tile on the board has another tile that to which it's related.
When you find 2 tiles that belong together, click them to make a match
You have to match an item on the left side with a related item on the right and at other times they
will be randomly spread around the board.

Here are the solutions for the Superclues that I came across while playing the game for the Craftsman House.
Bottle (Backyard After) - Click on the large trash can and when the lid opens up, grab the water bottle.
Carrot Juice (Kitchen After) - Click on the carrot that is in the juicer (left side of the counter) and once the juice has finished pouring into the glass, click on the juice itself to cross the item off the list.
Coffee Stain ( Living Room After) - Click on the cup of coffee that is on the floor near the couch and then the stain that appears.
CD (Bathroom After) - Click on the CD player that is on the floor and then click on the CD itself.
Clown (Dining Room After) - Click on the jack in the box, located by the dining room table and once the clown appears click on it.
Fortune (Office After) - Click on the fortune cookie and then click on the fortune.
Genie (Backyard After) - Click on Aladdin's lamp and then on the Genie once it comes out.
Ice (Kitchen After)- Click on the ice dispenser on the fridge and once the ice cube falls, click on the ice cube.
Necklace (Bedroom After) - Click on the wooden jewelry box that is on the bed and when it opens, click on the necklace.
Photograph (Dining Room After) - Click on the camera that is on the table and then click the photograph.
Printout (Bedroom After) - Click on the printer that is on the floor and then click the paper that comes out.
Remote (Living Room After) - Click on the yellow pillow that is on the left side of the couch and when the pillow moves, click on the remote control that appears. You have to click the pillow on the right spot or it will not move.
Screwdrivers (Backyard After) - Click on the silver tool box that is on the ground and once it's open, click on it again.
Steamy Message (Bathroom After) - Click on the faucet below the vanity mirror and a message that says "I (heart) you" will appear in the mirror, click on that to make the clue disappear.
Stitches (Office After) - Click on the sewing machine and then click on the blue stitches that show up on the yellow cloth.
