I had problem also, did you get the second gear (see walkthru) that goes on top of crank?

Hi Dynabee.. This is what the Walkthru said about the gears:
gear( round dented thing)-far right side of the screen by a small looking tree
gear(round thing)-right side of the stage by the oval stone
Place the crank and the 2 gears on the mechanism on the stage. Pull the crank.

I followed the walk-through, but the crank still won't turn. I have both gears & the crank. Does the order the gears & crank are put on the shaft matter?

Hi Suninleo and Cute4life..
First place the gears and than the crank as mentioned in my post...It must work I did it several times...If it doesn't work for you you might have a glitch in your game and contact Customer Support where you've purchased the game..They are able to help you out...
Another way is to uninstall and re-install the game and start over under another Player name...

Make sure all the puppets have the proper heads. If they are mixed up the crank won't turn, even if you have the gears.
