Hi LaurafoxO... Did you copy and paste the Step by Step Walkthrough of the Final Maze in a Word document to print it out??
You are able to follow it step-by-step... and maybe finish the game...

Thanks for the detailed instructions. I've printed them so if my anxiety grows to the level of doing away with someone to get out of the maze I'll use it. The only thing is that I, me, myself, want to solve this puzzle on my own without a key. I've spent quite literally many, many hours in this maze and I want to get out on my own. I managed to map myself perfectly up to the barrel in the middle of the hall and then 1 step forward to go through the arched doorway so I KNOW where I am in the maze! My problem is that when I step through that door to go to the next turns, I turn and then have to turn again because I don't have a straight path to the next junction like I should. Every time I end up coming back to the doorway arch or close! I have even stepped through different doorways and ALWAYS come back to this spot. When I try to go to the lower side of the maze, I end up back in the same corridor as the barrel in the middle, or back at not the entrance corridor, but at the long hallway next to the entrance hallway; the one with the barrel on the left side. Obviously I know where I am in the maze, despite the fact that every corridor and turn sequence looks like the last one I took, so what am I doing wrong? I have gotten so lost that I have found 2 keys and 3 chests, and I have opened 2 of the chests so I have 2 jewel rocks, the 3 statues, but not the other key or the potion. Oh, I found the fairy door too, but I don't have the key for that. I also have not a clue how I got to these places despite writing detailed notes! I want to solve this myself so is there a hint about what I am doing wrong so I can do this myself? Are the fairies doing magic on the turns? Thanks, Beth

Hi Beth,
In the game when you solve the Dream Jewel Osiris you are given a Dream Secret to help you in the game. The Dream Secret for Osiris is a blank map that shows all of the passages in the Final Maze. If you aren't using that and you want to use it, you can click on the dream book in the lower right corner and find the Dream Jewel of Osiris and view its secret and see the map.
You can draw or print that blank map and use it as you step through the maze. If you have the map, you can draw your path as you go through on your paper map. That way you can keep track of where you have been in the maze.
If you don't use the map that is given in the game, you can draw your own map by counting your steps and the directions of your turns.
Here is one simple hint. If you turn either left or right twice in place, you will be turning in a complete circle and be facing in the opposite direction. So if you ever want to turn around and go back just turn left twice in place.
I wrote the Step by Step Walkthrough of the Final Maze when I formerly posted in this forum as Pilar, so I have been in that maze many times. If you need any more help just ask.
