Hi SassySoul.. welcome.. It isn't poss. to reset or start over a level as far as I know..
As already said as an answer on your other posted question... Take a look at the Walkthrough here by clicking on the Tips&Tricks tab on top of this page.. There is also a screenshot of the map... You're able to print it out and look which way you've to go...
Also there are more Forums about this game answering a lot of questions...

I've been going around the same 2 halls over & over.
How do I reset the level to start again?
To start over at the beginning of the maze choose the Pause button in the lower left corner. This will bring up a menu that has the following items: Options, Instructions, Reset Level, Quit, Back. Click on Reset Level to start the maze over.
