The production quality of this adventure game is second to none. The voice talent and music are truly excellent, and the graphics are rich and appropriate to the story. But it's the story where this game, in which a great deal of time and money has obviously been invested, falls short for me. While it's well worth the price (although I wouldn't pay more), the story reminds me a bit of a made-for-TV movie one might watch on a rainy Sunday afternoon - not something I would otherwise choose to do if there was anything more interesting available, but an okay way to spend an afternoon.
(P.S. I gave this game three stars, but for some reason my rating won't register.)
