You may get yelled at by Margie or Joel who might consider this a review and that's a no no until the game is released. Even though some might call this a review I see it as a sharing of information for which I thank you.
Sounds like a good game, they are getting harder and harder to find.

Hi xeno, I know I might get yelled at but I took my chances they'll see it as sharing info :) If they want me to take it away until release or write it in the beta section, I will though.
Oh yes, good games is starting to be rare, I think people are really gonna like this one though.

I dont know why but when I played it deducted 15 secs of my time for too many clicks, It seems like a good game.

By the sounds of the game, I can't wait until it appears for the public. Not much a HOG person but there are some good ones out there but like said previously, not many are coming out as good.

To me, you are in the right place. The beta was fabulous and I will feel the same when the game comes out. A great game to look forward to.

I know this game is still in beta upon me writing this, but my comments will stay the same after release which is why I am posting here and not in the beta section. I hope this is ok.
This game is simply amazing! I love how there are different styles of play and a good variation of minigames to keep you entertained. You have your standard HO, but also in some cases you have to find pieces of things and put them together, then put them to use somewhere in the scene to uncover new objectsyou need.
Every case ends with a minigame (that be a jigsaw puzzle, fingerprint match or maybe even something else), and after that you are presented with three suspects and a list of informant who will each give you a statement of one of the suspects. You then have to mark either "yes" or "no" in one of the boxes next to the subject until you know enough to catch your culprit and solve the case.
You can choose either timed or relaxed (untimed) mode.
The only negative thing about this game is how there is no penalty for too many wrong clicks. Yes, I like a penalty, that be deduction in score/time or the cursor dissapearing for a few seconds. When there is no penalty in a game it is too easy (especially for impatient people) to just click around until you find what you need. I mean, no penalty, so what's the big deal, right?
So yes, I love a penalty in a game. Any penalty. It greatly increases the challenge, fun and overall gameplay.
Also, when you start a new game, you get a new list of things to find, but the items do stay in the same place, which may lower replayability a little bit. All in all, I can't wait for the final release, this game is a winner.
