I bought it and then played the entire thing in a few days. It took almost 20 hours. I slept dreaming of coy references to naughty deeds. The story is full of bad girl moments, but they're always hinted at on the sly, like in movies when the camera moved away from lovers on a bed to focus on curtains blowing (or at least when they use to!) Be sure to read each little bit of story. It's important for winning the game, and it's one of the best stories written for a game. If Diner Dash is a comic book, this story is literary satire, like Gulliver's Travels or Candide. Okay, maybe not THAT good. It's like Our Town meets Catch-22 meets Peyton Place. The little games are all fun, but some are better than others. I liked best the Expose game and the Gambit game ("The game adults play in private...", see!) Taunt and Fib are pretty good too. Flirt was a little less engaging, but cute. More importantly, because these little games are so quick to play, you learn to focus on the larger game, which is getting your girls through the story. You have to read the story, or you're not playing anything but cute little games. Who you meet in the game and what you choose to do (parley or play a game) set up and resolve different sub-plots, like helping Miriam marry Timothy by 'fixing' his pills. Juggle your prizes between your girls, and give lots of experience to your girls. Don't let your queen girl do everything! This is part of the larger game. Fortunately, it's easy to grasp this new level of play. Simply pay attention to the story and enjoy the quick games. Long before the demo expires, you'll see how choices you make affect the story. Even if you don't win some of the sub-plots, you won't be cut off of the main story. And that's nice. It's like those old 'Choose your own adventure" books. Except this one is much deeper and richer than any of those. I loved the story! And the pacing is perfect, a couple sentences between each little game. Unique, but not always in a good way. A bit confusing and the interface seemed oddly laid out at times. Games are not always explained well enough. At times I couldn't figure out what the overall objective of the game was, or had moments of "what just happened?" Points for creativity of theme however. I agree that the music was very good. Dangerous HS Girls in Trouble is clever, fun, and irresistable. I love the use of Twenties fashions and slang. I'd like to see sequels on up through the decades. Love this game! I just wish I could figure out how to Flirt. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
