Earn a Bonus: Know what Customers Want

When one manages a chocolate shop, it being a niched store, customers would visit it if their preferred item is available. Having a sweet tooth is not enough but the exact flavor and ingredients is very personal. Here are some tips to know what your customers want to earn more coins in Chocolatier: Sweet Society.

As your customers come into your shop, most would have a preference on what chocolate they would like to get. This is indicated by the thought bubble seen on top of their heads. Clicking on them will reveal exactly what chocolate they are looking for.

You can then browse through your inventory or the display cases to check whether you have them in stock. The trick here is watch your customers and look at what most want. You can then make them in your factory.

If you have the preferred chocolate item, then you will be rewarded with a bonus for each purchase. The screenshot below shows what your customer’s feedback is when they purchase an item in your shop.

One customer is looking for an infusion. The other one has purchased a chocolate that she prefers and is indicated by an image of a heart. This is when you receive an extra bonus for having it on stock. The more expensive your chocolate is the bonus increases. The one in the middle shows an image of a green smiling face, which means you don’t have the chocolate item she wants but is happy to have bought another one, so she is still satisfied.

Another tip is to get as many display cases available and create a variety of chocolates. This way, you will surely get a bonus from most of the customers that visit. It is recommended to have smaller cases in earlier levels to hold several types of chocolates.
