This is the only 5 star review I have ever written, I was just that impressed with this game. If you like detective stories, forensics TV shows or gritty cop dramas, you MUST check out this game!
The 3-D live-action format is amazing, you are there - looking for evidence, talking with your partner, dealing with lab results. Combine that with a gripping story and it feels like you're actually a cop.
The gameplay is beautifully paced. The intense concentration of finding clues is balanced by the contemplative (and VERY satisfying) sorting through and matching up what you've found.
I just love this game and I am going crazy waiting for Episode III.
Quick note: Like a few other people, I had some technical difficulties but I am happy to say that customer support is fast, friendly and top-notch! They got it worked out ASAP and were so nice that I wanted to send them cookies.
