Levels 99 and 100 aren't too bad compared to what you have done already.
Also if you skipped any of the story along the way, you can go back and flip through the pages and read the cute story.
Good luck!

Strategy for Level 98

Level 98 is shaped like an arrowhead. I run two ships through the 4th row from the bottom and one ship through the bottom row. Then I use a bomb on the bottom row. I save the other two bombs to clear Governors toward the end on the time. Then it’s all about matching the Governors and going as fast as you can. If you don’t have the option to match a Governor the next best thing is to match an army guy, hour glass or hammer.
As each power up becomes available, use it immediately, especially the hour glass. The power ups do not get stronger or accumulate more power if you let them sit unused as in some other games. If the Army and Hourglass power ups are both ready to use, always click on the Hourglass first and empty it to the time rope. Then click on the Army, as the Army will clear some hourglass tiles and send them to the now empty hourglass power up space.
Keep watch on the field of tiles and use your lightening bolt on the Governors when there are a lot of them on the board. You have to clear so many Governors that you will always need to use the lightening bolt on them, so try to use it when there a lot of them on the board.
Good luck!
