  Connie, it sounds like there is something that you still need to do to the car.  Did you put water in it and change the tire?  Above this white page is a green tab that says tips and tricks.  Click on it and it will take you to a walk through of this game.  You can retract your steps there and see if there is something you have overlooked.  You can click on the screen shots to enlarge them.  Enjoy the game.
