    Can anyone that got this trophy please tell me how they did it. I've already finished the game and this is the only trophy/medal I didn't get. Thanks in advance.

    I got this trophy after getting everything else and purchasing all of the upgrades. Replay one of the last levels (one with many empty lots) and start building blue houses right away. As soon as you finish a blue house, put the advertisement on the house so a customer will move into that house. If you're quick enough with building (don't bother to add garages and extras, for example) you should manage to sell 9 blue houses easily enough.
