Why won't it all print, when I tried to print it it started with the last page and then went to level 8 which I was not concerned with I wanted level 39 and up but it did not print those at all, my computer starts at the last page and works up I don't understand why it went from the bottom/last page and then to level 8, and when I tried to print level 39 by figuring about what page it would be on it would not print at all???????
