  I loved playing the Demo and now want to buy, purchased it through the Demo and have been waiting for a reply with Registration Code since last night and still haven't received anything.  Anyone having trouble with not receiving email?  Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply

  If you haven't received your registration email, you should email support@hipsoft.com with the details of your order (mainly, first and last name).  HipSoft support will get you the info you need.  :)

  I also had trouble receiving emails from RegSoft so I emailed them first and still didn't get a response so I emailed HipSoft and they got it straigthened out for me.

  Yes, I had that problem.  What happened was that the reply email ended up in my junk mail box.  Take a look and see if it's there.
