As long as you still have enough house to get the asked rent, you can sell them of course. But I think, that the rent will bring you the money... Make sure, that at the end, you sell your gardencenter and recyclingcenter (of course you need to buy material before :)), so you have more space to build. What Kayleigh says is correct you definitely have to sell any building before this level ends because it brings a negative appeal to your houses
It's been a while since I played the game so I'm a little fuzzy but I believe there was a reason that I didn't sell the Palaces at the end in order to get the money.
I think it was because if you sold the house, the appeal would go down. The key with this level is that you have to work extremely fast, almost to the point that you can't take a moment to breathe :-)
You need to focus on building your Palaces, upgrading and inspecting them right away. This is what's going to bring you the money in the end. You need to buy a lot of workers so that you can build several things at once.
Look at the screenshot for level 35 and look at how I placed the houses, that may help you.I would replay the level in order to help you further but the computer that game was on crashed.I've lost all progress and I haven't had the time to start all over.

Margie, may I correct you ;)? If a house once has an appeal and you sell it, the appeal will always stay, when you sell it (and it will change up or down when you build beside something that affects a house as park or building). So if you sell something, make sure, its updated, painted, landscaped, to increase the highest possible appeal. Greetings, KayleighPS: I feel with you... my beloved man let my pc crash two times... (he has a faible for funny software, lol) and it was a pity to replay the games, I wanted to have done on the pc!

I just couldn't remember what the deal was on that. I was not happy when my computer crashed since I lost some info that I needed. Usually I play it on my laptop as well but not in this case. Oh well, that's life!
So many games in my head sometimes it's hard to keep them straight :-)

Margie, I really admire you for what you do... You are always that fast with answers and when I still struggle with a hard part of a game, you already have the answers... There are not even enough Kudos for your work here :))
