I enjoyed the first two games in the Big City series (San Francisco and Sydney) and this new one is more of the same. There are 90 levels of hidden object play, each followed by a mini-game (you can earn skip chips by playing the mini-games so if there is one you don't particularly like you can give it a miss) making 180 levels in all and excellent value for money! There are 8 different mini-games, some of which will be familiar from the earlier games plus a couple of new ones. This game is for those like me who like their HO straightforward with puzzles inbetween, not as part of the HO levels. Objects range between extremely easy to find and requiring a hint (and everything inbetween). Your HO scenes are from a variety of locations in New York (how accurate, I could not say, being from the UK) and if the formula of the earlier games holds true you will visit each scene more than once, although the object list changes each time you do a scene (and each time you play the game). There are golden coins hidden within the scenes which give you more hints, extra time, extra points or the super hint (briefly hightlights all remaining hidden objects). To conclude, if you enjoyed the other two you should enjoy this one as well. HO adventurers will find it too tame. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
