In some of the later levels, the biggest challenge I'm finding is getting people to rent the life preservers instead of the floats. Is there a trick to getting them to rent them? I buy the upgrades so I have 2 from the very start of the level, plus advertise the rentals 4 times during the level and they just keep coming for the floats! Does anyone have ideas?
