    Hi!  I could use some help, please.  Having followed the steps listed in the walk-thru, I'm still having trouble.    The keypad disappears once the numbers from the confetti-like paper are keyed in.  I've tried not putting in the numbers, but it must be required.  Also, once I've used the lens, the machine will not allow it a second time.  I can get the number from the blurry paper with the lens, but that's where it always ends.  What am I doing wrong?     Hi Slmcjam... Acoording to the Walktru you've to do the following:

    Place the lens onto the blurry paper next to the eye chart and read all 4 numbers that appear on it and type those numbers into the keypad.

    I think you can do it.... Good luck...

    I'm able to get the 4 numbers.  The problem is that the keypad won't come back so that I can type in the numbers.    The confetti gives me 3 numbers, which I type into the keypad.  After that, the keypad won't let me access it.  Is there some sequence I'm botching?

    slimcjam I bought this game when it first came out great game, in fact I still play it go up to tips and tricks  on top of this page and do exactly what it says.

    Hi Simcjam.. Here I'm again... I think you might have a problem.. It's an idea to do the following:

    1. Starting over and use another Playername or

    2. Uninstall/reinstall the game..or

    3. Contact Customer Support where you purchased the game.

    Maybe somebody will pop in and give you the help you need..

    I think the Walkthrough at the Tips&Tricks button on top of this page cann't help you out concerning your prob...

    Final note on the Eye Check....thought you might like to know that the 4 numbers you get from the blurry paper do not get keyed into the keypad.   You click those numbers on the appropriate books on the shelf!!    Problem solved.
