There's only one piece in the lake. The other two (I think) appear at some point near your art studios.

I'm also having a problem with this. I now have two pieces, and I can't find the third one. The walkthrough mentioned having to acquire all pieces by cutscenes, but the last cutscene isn't coming. I have updated everything to the highest, the only thing I can buy is the sculpture, but I can't as long as I don't have the last piece. I thought that maybe the cutscene would start when I had 25 guests, but no. Neither when I reaced $500.000. I've been playing for three hours now, just letting people create masterpieces, feeding them and letting them sleep but it's getting a bit boring now, not being able to finish the game. Any ideas on when it happens?

I assume the pieces are in the same place for everyone, so if not this probably won't help but:
1. Fished out of the lake
2. Next to the kitchen
3. Next to the pier
I only noticed the last 2 when it snowed because they didn't get snow covered like the rocks in the scenery. Hope you find them!

Ok now I feel stupid. It was there all along, I just thought it was a rock :P. I was looking for a picture piece. Well thanks for your help, I've finished the game finally :P

Hmm... I found the two pieces that were on land, but am a bit stumped about the one in the lake. Aaaaaages ago during the game I got the achievement of fishing a statue piece out of the lake, but still my restoration menu only shows two pieces, which must be the ones I found on land. I have them fishing like crazy... do I just keep fishing?

help I have over a million dollars everyone is trained . Still can't find one piece of the photo of the statue I need to build it. Have all of the pieces of statue just not all of the pictures of the staute.

I can't figure out how to make the people fish. I put them on the pier but they just walk away.
