    I can't get past 67% during Mural Restore - I have 2 sculpturers at level 4+ and when I try to continue (also tried with my level 4+ painters) - get a beeping sound and message that I haven't met the restoration conditions.     When you get to 66-67%, it means that sculptors have already finished their part and it's time to call in the painters. Remember that your painter should be at least level 4, should have painting as primary specialization (I had problems with putting Dylan to work on the mural, but Ben did great) and, above all, should be quite well-rested, i.e. energy over 20.

    It also helps if the painter is inspired to work on the mural not just be a level 4 painter or well rested.
