According to Margies Tips and Tricks you need to get the code for the mansion from Vito at the bar and then you get the code for the binoculars from the safe at the mansion, if you did not get a code from Vito my guess would be that you probably have to start the game over, not sure though you might ask Margie she is great at this kind of stuff......

After win the tic-tac-toe for 3x, at the bottom left corner of your screen you'll get a note with "829" written on it. Go directly to the mansion, file a list of hidden objects, go to mansion door and use the code "829" to enter the mansion. Find a list of hidden objects, enter the study, solve the safe puzzle. Inside will have the last piece of tekka key and slip of paper with the coordinates for the observation binoculars "7251". A piece of paper with the code will appear on your bottom left-hand corner screen. Exit all the way until the mansion's gate, find a list of hidden objects, goto Dave Dive Shop and find a list of hidden objects outside the shop, go into the shop, click on the electrical box, solve the colour wire puzzle, find a list of hidden objects, checkout the binoculars and enter "72" on the left & "51" on the right, then press LOOK. Hope you'll get the same thing. -
I was trying not to follow the walkthrough and did some things out of order. I played tic-tac-toe 3 times but am not sure if I got a code because the game quit on me. I opened it back up, found the objects in the hedge maze and got to the mansion. Didn't have the code, so I went to Dave's Dive Shop and found everything there. Didn't have the coordinates for the observation binoculars either, so I went to this walkthrough. I tried entering both codes given online, but neither work. Going back to the guy in the tavern doesn't give me the code. What should I do? The task on my list is to find the observation binoculars code, not the mansion code. Any help would be much appreciated. Please give me a guide to win this level & get back the code

Hi selvi_p08.... You have to follow the Walktrough to come out.. You cannot play the game when you didn't find the code yourself otherwise the code doesn't work.... So give it another try and print out the whole Walktrough so you can follow the game step by step..

You might take a look at the Walkthrough as I mentioned above your post and you'll find a screenshot of the circuit box there.. enlarge this scr.shot and you might be able to solve the puzzle.
