Hi Kathleen, Is there another vase in the room? I have this game but it has been a few weeks since I played it so I don't know what color the vase is. Try clicking the point of the cursor on the vase and not so much putting the flower stem on the vase. Also look for another vase in the room and see if it will work. If that doesn't work then when I get home from work this afternoon, I will play the game and see if I can see what you are seeing. Please tell me exactly where you are in the game so I will know when I get there. Good luck!

Hi Pilar! Thanks so much for the tip. I'll try it again but think I've already done what you suggest with no luck.
There is no other vase in the room (I thought of that)that I can see. This green vase has some decorations on it and is on the nightstand next to the bed. When you click for a clue, all it does is circle the tulips but that is no help as I've already located them.
I have completed all the other rooms except Freddie's room and cannot progress any further until these tulips are PLACED IN THE VASE!
In the emails to tech support, I suggested they play the game themselves to see if they have the same problem and there is no response to my very specific problem which I detailed to them as I did here.
I also told them if the game is defective, I want a refund but of course, no reply to that!

I will play up to that level and see what happens and let you know how it works for me. Where did you buy your game? How long ago did you buy it? Is this the first time you have played it?

I have played up to that level and you have the correct vase. When I click on a tulip it follows the cursor and I can click just about anywhere on the vase and the tulip goes in with no problem.
Sometimes a game just gets hung up for no good reason and sometimes doing one of these things helps. You can start the game over as a new player. I have had to do this a few times with a few different games. If that doesn’t work you can uninstall the game and reinstall it. It is tedious to have to do either of these things and start all over but sometimes it clears the problem. And after that your game may never give you any problems.
I don’t know where you purchased your game. I get 99% of my games at Big Fish and they always give a refund without any hassle if there is a problem. I hope the seller of your game will give you a refund if your problem persists.

Many thanks for your help! I tried your suggestion and it worked. I had the same trouble again in the flower shop when trying to place roses in a vase. There were two vases and at first I was clicking the wrong one! LOL
I bought this game at Pogo.com. The most help their tech support gave me was directing me to this site and had I not posted this message and gotten your help, I'd be stuck and trying to get my money back.
This is the first game I've bought online and I purchased Scrabble and Monopoly at Target. So far, I'm really enjoying it and think the graphics are superb. I like mysteries and Agatha Christie.
What do you think of this game and what others do you enjoy? Do you have any recommedations?

In the Garden Room, my screen does not have the bullet in it and I can go no furter in the game.. any suggestions?

Here is a link to a picture of the bullet in the Garden. It is at the bottom center of the screen. I have drawn a red box around it. Please let me know if this is the scene and the bullet that you are looking for.

I know where the bullet is supposed to be in the Garden, but it is not in the clue circled arrows. I think there is a clich in the game. Pat -

If there is a glitch in the game two quick things you can do are uninstall and reinstall the game and create a new player.

That bullet is all the way on the center bottom edge of the screen. Have you checked to see if your monitor is lined up vertically and horizontally so that the full game screen is visible? Can you see the area on your screen where I have put the red box on the picture? I hope reinstalling the game will solve the problem. Just for good measure, you might want to start as a new player after you reinstall.

put all the chocolates in the right order that was relatively easy but what to do with the knife - I pick it up but can't do anything with it... Fun game but some items are too hard to find... very small.

I had the same problem with the tulips. Omeron Games directed me to this site. Even the developers don't seem to know what to do. I asked them to try this scene and I got the message to uninstall and reinstall. After doing this 5 times I finally admit that it will not work. Any one have a clue as to the trick to get the tulips to move from horizontal to vertical? Or is that necessary? The torn newspaper article was easy to rotate, but the tulips will not. Very frustrating.

I was having the same issue - the bullet not on the screen. I reinstalled and that fixed the problem, brought a lot more of the bottom of the screen into view. Thanks for the suggestion, Lizzie!
