  I did the demo and liked the game; paid for it and got an e-mail that it would take up to 48 hours to get the license code.  That was last night (4/27). This is rather frustrating since the other game sites give you full access as soon as you've paid. Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply

  I agree. Happened to me before with this site. Dont understand why it takes them so long! Everyone else seems to be able to transact immediately.

  i also recieved same message of waiting 48-hrs. never had this issue before. have done betsa for this game& others at realore never a problem with the other games. dissappointed with issue.

  Maybe there was some error in the system cause I've received my reg code right after purchasing... I think you should write to support, just in case.

  everyon check you recipt from plimus it has a link sayin if you want refund- resent code, hit that link at bottom of recipt has reg. code i put code in game is now activated. give it  a try.

  check recipt from plimus has link on page fro refund resent reg code. hit link bottom of recipt has code put in game is now working for me. good luck
