Just played the demo and it's a pretty typical HOG, tho there are a couple of interesting features. The graphics are very nice. The objects weren't too hard for me to find, tho there were a couple that I needed hints for. The mini-games are a mixed bag but I could skip them if I wanted to. Several were just too easy. There was no clear indication of how to earn more hints - I stumbled on that by accidentally clicking a life preserver in a scene. I thought I'd checked the box to show the tutorial but I'm not sure that it played. Each scene has an object which you have to put together and then use on another to unlock a mini-game. For at least one of these, I had problems figuring out what the object was and what the pieces looked like, but for most of them, this was obvious. One thing that's a little different - each scene started with a task to find 10 of something, like animals or fruit, and then went to the usual list of hidden objects. I found that this first search made it easier for me on the second round because I'd already spotted some of the objects. No voice acting, just dialog boxes with images of the people and there's no conversation. The storyline is intriguing and provides a mystery to solve. I would like to find out how it ends, but not enough to buy the game just yet. Give this Review a KudosReport as Inappropriate
