I've gotten very far in the game, and have yet to come across any bugs. Sure, it needs improvement, like the scrolling and pop-up windows is not smooth, but nothing that prevents me from playing. I run Windows XP.

Didn't DL the Beta yet.. but are going to do now. I'm running Vista ad do hope I'm able to play it.. I'll let you know..

I worked this game for several hours last night/this am to finish it, I made the mistake of not playing riot mode but I didn't encounter any major bugs, there are some suggestions I did make but it was very stable for me (I use Vista)  there is a pop up that came up for me when I first downloaded recommending you make sure your windows updates are up to date or the game will be unstable - did you check that emiclear? It even gave a link the specific update that you had to have on Windows.

I actually loved this game as a cross between a couple of well known favorites, yet it did manage to be unique and the puzzles toward the end about placement were great for those players that seek a bit of a challenge.

Any idea how to get expert in 1941?

I like it very much. Unique gameplay. Didn't finish yet, might succeed in my second try (I started over).

Reading these replies and I have a question.Can you actually play this game through when it's in beta, like 'til the very end? I played the beta yesterday and at one point there was nothing for me left to do, the goals had been met and the occupation, appeal bar was full. Hm.

I didn't encounter any bugs though, only the edge scrolling was pain in the rear end, really uncomfortable, had to use my keyboard which made it much smoother. How further out did you guys (and girls) play?

Nevermind, looks like I figured it out now.

Had no problems but did not complete it as it would ask for a particular color of building and some of you know already I am colorblind so that got too frustrating as I would never get the correct color on the first try.  Seems like it would be a good game for those who like this type of game.
