PlayFirst has announced the upcoming launch of Hotel Dash: Suite Success, the latest addition to the company’s Dash series of time management games. Hotel Dash will feature Flo and Quinn (the stars of PlayFirst’s Diner Dash and Wedding Dash series’, respectively), as they embark on a new business venture as the managers of a chain of themed hotels.

Starting with a ramshackle hotel in DinerTown, players help Flo launch Quinn’s new travel business by running themed hotels, managing the flow of new and familiar guests, and fulfilling their unique needs and requests in order to earn tips to refurbish hotels.

The gameplay sends players up and down the elevator with the goal of keeping everything in order so customers remain happy. Tasks include delivering luggage, handing off fresh towels and providing room service, while attending to room mishaps and customer whims.  Players must travel from top floors to the lobby via the hotel elevators, ensuring smooth hotel operations and collecting tips upon checkout. Juggling customer demands with logistics and an ever-ticking clock, players must be strategic in organizing their time versus customers’ patience and personalities.

As the game progresses, players can manage customer temperament by delivering mood-brightening extras, like floral arrangement and gift baskets. With their earnings, players can then upgrade the rooms and common areas of the hotel, fully renovating them and expanding Quinn’s new business. As the business succeeds, Quinn and Flo will tackle additional hotels, with themes ranging from ski retreat to city getaway, taking on new challenges and challenging new guest types.

"Hotels are funny and romantic, and all about customer service," said Kenny Shea Dinkin, Chief Creative Officer at PlayFirst. "With Hotel Dash: Suite Success, we’ve introduced a new vertical, timing element to the Diner Dash series, set against an exciting and spoofy hotel-culture backdrop. So with its set of new, quirky and demanding DinerTown guests (sleepwalkers, anyone?) Hotel Dash has players strategically maneuvering to help the clientele across multiple floors of five hilarious hotels."

Hotel Dash: Suite Success will be available as a digital download for PC and Mac at PlayFirst.com starting Nov. 24, and at other retailers beginning Dec. 24.
