Games Room Sailor Bob: Where is the Ship's Propeller???????

Hello I am new to this forum so thought I would say hello & test it out. I cannot find the ship's propeller anywhere. I have even had the magnifying glasses out and have now been looking for the last two evenings. Can anyone help me please as I cannot move on to the next stage. Thank you, appreciate your time.
