Hi Ninanlch and welcome! There are 2 white bunnies, 1 in each of the towns. If you are talking about the white bunny in the second town that is part of the "Perfect Gift" quest, then try this. When the bunny is close to several of your citizens, draw a lasso around several of your citizens and the bunny. This will cause the citizens to crate up the bunny. Then left click on your hero and then right click on the crate with the bunny in it. You should then get some type of message saying that the hero has got the bunny. After you get this message, the guy wanting the rabbit should automatically get it. Then he'll ask for a black stallion. It's been a day or so since I've done this quest, so I hope I'm remembering it right. If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll try to get back to that part of the game and give you a better answer.

toget the white bunny first you must build at least 3 farms each raising carrrots..that's it!

There are 2 white bunnies you can get, actually, one in each town. In both towns you can get a white bunny by building 3 farms with carrots. In the first town you can't catch the bunny, but you can make it walk to the opening in the rock on the left (like any other character). Do this and you get another quest!

In the second town you do need to catch it, as described above by dpd282.
